NeckNerd is a desktop application for Windows that analyzes your webcam feed locally to detect posture and alert you when it slips. NeckNerd is operated by NeckNerd LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company. By downloading or using NeckNerd, you agree to these terms.
New installations include a 14-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you're charged and contact us within 14 days of that charge, we'll refund it. After that, we don't refund partial months. To request a refund, email support@necknerd.app.
Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell NeckNerd or its license keys. Don't use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
NeckNerd is provided "as is." It's a wellness aid, not a medical device, and doesn't diagnose or treat any medical condition. We make no guarantee it will catch every instance of poor posture or improve any health outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeckNerd LLC and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
