Does NeckNerd record or upload my webcam video?
No. Video is processed locally, frame by frame, and immediately discarded. Nothing is ever saved or sent anywhere.
What happens after my free trial ends?
You'll be asked to subscribe to keep using NeckNerd. You can cancel anytime from your confirmation email or by contacting support@necknerd.app.
Why does my browser or Windows say the installer "isn't commonly downloaded"?
That message appears for any new app that few people have downloaded yet. It does not mean anything is wrong with the file. The installer is digitally signed, so you can check the publisher is NeckNerd's: right-click the file, choose Properties, then Digital Signatures. To continue, choose Keep in your browser's download list (in Edge, click See more first). If Windows then asks, choose More info, then Run anyway. The message goes away on its own as more people install NeckNerd.
I lost my license key. What do I do?
